Terms & Conditions

Participation

Delegates are expected to arrive on the specified day and participate for the entirety of scheduled meetings and tours at their designated times. The trip agenda can be found here. A detailed agenda will be provided to delegates prior to departure.

Photo Release

Delegates consent to photographs being taken during participation of the delegation trip and consent to the publication of the photographs by the Business Network for Offshore Wind for advertising, promotional, and marketing purposes.

Cancellation

Cancellations made by August 4, 2023 will receive a 100% refund minus a 15% fee. Cancellations made after August 4, 2023, will receive a 50% refund minus a 15% fee. Cancellations made two weeks or less prior to departure are non-refundable.
